Oral Presentations:

Duration (10’ in total)
Each oral presentation should not exceed 7 minutes.
It will be followed by 3 minutes discussion.

You have to be strictly consisted with the time slots and to respect the flow of the scientific programme.

e-Poster viewing:

All e-posters will be displayed on screens (ppt form) and will be available during all Sessions of the Congress and on line on a special section of the official Congress website.

Kindly note that the guidelines must be followed accordingly for the preparation of the e-posters.

You are kindly requested to send your e-poster by e-mail at abstracts@shipsancongress2024.eu no later than 11/10/2024

Language

All abstracts should be prepared and presented in English language (official language of the Congress).

Note:

• For each abstract the Registration Fee for at least one of the authors must be paid (At least one submission fee will be applied for each abstract).
• In case you will not be able to attend the Congress and present your Oral Presentation in person you could pre record your presentation according to the instructions HERE through PowerPoint and send it at abstracts@shipsancongress2024.eu no later than 11/10/2024.
